Guest customers can use order lookup with order number and phone number. Signed-in customers can manage orders from their account area.

Returns and exchanges

Delivered orders can be reviewed for return eligibility. Admin support then handles approval, receipt, refund, or replacement order creation.

Addresses, login, and account help

Use OTP sign-in to reach saved addresses, notifications, wishlist, and customer order actions.
